Architect and Eng Manager on a major overhaul to Guidebook's billing system.
Our team built a brand new billing + online checkout system for our customers. The goals of the project were to streamline our sales process, improve self-service automation and create insights into our sales pipeline.
In the process, we created tight integrations between SFDC, our internal systems and NetSuite, giving the business insight into our customers and their purchase behavior like never before.
